Mosè Ricci

Mosè Ricci is professor of urban design at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Genoa. Since 2003 he is Benemerito della Cultura e dell’Arte Italiana (Merit of Italian Culture and Art) with silver medal of the President of the Republic. He has been Fulbright Scholar at the Graduate School of Design, Harvard University, Cambridge Mass. USA (1996). He has been visiting professor of Sustainable Urbanism at Technische Universitat Munich (2008-2009), Universitad Moderna de Lisboa (2006-2007). He has given lectures and conferences in several universities including the Technische Universitat Munich (2010 and 2011), Kionggi University in Seoul (2009), University of Sao Paulo (2008), Graduate School of Design, Harvard University, USA (1997); School of Enviromental Design, University of Waterloo, Canada (1996, 1997); BTU Cottbus (2000); Weissensee University Berlin (2001); UM, Montreal, Canada (2005). He has participated and won several international architecture and urban design competitions with the RICCISPAINI studio. His design work has been exhibited in Italy and abroad and in 1996 at the Venice Biennale of Architecture.
