Description

This book traces, through a critical reading of the work by Joao Nunes, a series of key concepts for interpreting the landscape. A small but dense manual for the landscape and that sensibility that every designer today should develop for this fundamental aspect of inhabited space between the scale of the home and that of the territory. The book was developed on the occasion of the start of the chair of excellence named after Adalberto Libera in 2013 at the Engineering Department of the University of Trento, with the invitation of Joao Nunes to witness a new need to restore meaning for the relationship between project and context.
