Description
The book collects a series of original materials produced by research on the transformation of the Adriatic coast between Venice and Ascoli Piceno, Italy. Developed by the Universities of Venezia, Pescara, and Ascoli Piceno, the research aimed at answering a series of questions about the peripheralization of the Adriatic territories, the continuity of coastline urbanization becoming a sort of linear city, and the public works becoming potential inductors of urbanity at different scales.
