Francesco Morandi P h. D. in Law and Economics, is Full Professor of Transport and Tourism Law, President of the School of Tourism Economics and Business and Vice Rector of the University of Sassari. His scientific interests concern, inter alia, the regulation, organization and management of protected areas and environment. He’s Director of LL.M. and some Italian and international law Journals.
