This issue of ALPS, published on the occasion of the KlimaHouse fair, tries to assess how talented and sensitive architects today are returning to making visible an intelligent way of combining building process and design. In any case, today we are still in an experimental phase, in which the market continues to dictate the rules. The most important step is now that of starting to rely on universities, research centers, and designers who have made energy experimentation a contribution to the quality of design.
